Company Secretary against our Advertisement No. (BDL/C-P&A/PLG&ED/ADVT-2011-3).
HOW TO APPLY:
Applications should be submitted online by logging on to BDL Website http://bdl.ap.nic.in and by clicking on “Careers” followed by clicking “Recruitments” and subsequently enter on relevant post being applied. Applications will not be accepted through any other mode. The Website will be open from 20/09/2011 and closes on 10/10/2011 at 1600 hrs. Candidates are advised to download Bio-Data (Annexure – I) from our website and forward us the filled in Bio-data along with Online Registration Slip. The Web site will be kept open up to 1600 hrs. on that day for this purpose (i.e. 10-10-2011 up to 1600 hrs). Candidates are allowed to apply only once and applications once submitted cannot be altered under any circumstances. Candidates are required to possess a valid e-mail ID, which is to be entered in the onlineApplication form, so that intimation regarding dispatch of call letter for Interview and any other relevant information to be sent. BDL will not be responsible for any bouncing of the e-mail sent to the candidates. However, necessary information will be hosted on BDL’s website from time to time. Candidates other than SC/ST and Physically Challenged are required to furnish the details of Fees in the Online Registration form.
It is mandatory to write his/her Name & post applied for, on the reverse side of the DD and SC/ST/Physically Challenged candidates, on the reverse side of the certificates, which is to be forwarded along with Bio-Data form (as per proforma at Annexure – I) and Online Registration slip to “DGM, C-P&A (Plg. & E.D.), Bharat Dynamics Limited, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad – 500 058” by post so as to reach latest by 14/10/2011. The envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the post being applied in BOLD LETTERS”. In case of non-receipt of the same by BDL with in the stipulated date (i.e. 14-10- 2011), his/her online application is liable to be rejected by BDL. Canvassing in any manner would be a disqualification.
Steps for Online Registration
Step 1. Goto BDL website http://bdl.ap.nic.in/.
Step 2. Click on “Careers” > “Recruitments” and click on relevant advertisement.
Step 3. Read the advertisement carefully and click on “Register Online” and fill up the online application form with your
details.
Step 4. Click Submit to generate Online Registration Slip. After it is displayed, take the print out.
Step 5. Paste a recent passport size photograph on the Registration Slip, and attach the DD or Certificates (SC/ST/PWD as applicable) and filled in Bio-Data as per proforma enclosed at Annexure – I. Please mention your Registration on the reverse of DD/Certificates. The envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the post being applied in BOLD LETTERS”
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
The Demand Draft of A 400/- is must except for SC/ST/Physically Challenged candidates.
The applicant has to take print out of Acknowledgement Slip (Registration Slip) and BioData form (Annexure – I) and send duly filled in all respects to BDL along with other relevant documents as mentioned above.
Selected candidates are required to complete all pre-employment formalities like medical examination, Document verification etc.
Candidates are advised to read the detailed advertisement before applying, to ensure that they meet all the notified requirements. Candidature of applicants not meeting all the specifications in the advertisement would be cancelled at any stage of the selection process, as and when it is noticed by BDL, without any notice.
The list of candidates short-listed for Interview will be hosted on our website and intimation regarding call letters to appear for Interview will be sent to the short-listed candidates through e-mail.
No other mode of communication is given to the short-listed candidates for appearing in Interview.
