DUMET 2011 Application Form alongwith Bulletin of Information ( BOI ) is obtainable from the office of the following address :-

Delhi – 110 007.

The above address sent against a Bank Draft / Banker’s Cheque drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour of “Registrar, University of Delhi” payable at Delhi, in the following manner :-

    Sale of Bulletin of Information with effect from 24th January, 2011.
    BY HAND : for Rupee 750/- ( Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty only ) for General and OBC category candidates and Rupee 550/- ( Rupees Five Hundred Fifty only ) for SC / ST / PH category candidates between 09:30 A.M. to 03:00 P.M. on all working days from 24th January, 2011 to 07th March, 2011. No cash payment will be accepted.
    BY POST :- for Rupee 800/- ( Rupees Eight Hundred only ) for General and OBC category candidates and Rupee 600/- ( Rupees Six Hundred only ) for SC / ST / PH category candidates, alongwith a self addressed envelop of 12″ X 10″ upto 11th February, 2011.

Note :- SC / ST / PH candidates are requested to bring / send a copy of the Caste Certificate / PH Certificate for obtaining Bulletin of Information.

The application form of DUMET 2011 along with BOI can also be obtained, by hand only, from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Maulana Azad Medical College and University College of Medical Sciences.

DUMET Applications Form 2011 may also be downloaded from our websites www.du.ac.in or www.fmsc.ac.in and submit the same, duly filled in and complete in all respects with requisite Demand Draft, to the office of the following address on or before 07th March, 2011 upto 03:00 P.M.

Note :-

    The last date for receipt of request for supply of the DUMET 2011 Application Form longwith BOI by POST is Last week of February, 2011.
    The candidate should mention his / her name, address and telephone number at the back of the Bank Draft / Banker’s Cheque. The candidates are advised to retain a photocopy of the Bank Draft / Banker’s Cheque.
    Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
