Number of allotments reduced to 130675 after the second phase while it was 134300 after the first phase. Nearly 4000 engineering students did not prefer to take up the course despite seats being allotted in the first phase. After the Eamcet 1st phase of allotments 18653 Engineering candidates did not report to the college. In second phase seat allotments candidates have to report to the allotted college before September 15 and those who wish to cancel their engineering admissions have to approach the Help Line Center before September 17 to collect original certificates.
