IIBF JAIIB 2011 Examination Application Forms will be available at the Institute’s website www.iibf.org.in which could be downloaded and filled in. The JAIIB Application Forms will also be available at the Institute’s Zonal Offices, Corporate Office and also at such other centres / offices as may be notified from time to time.
IIBF JAIIB Application Forms 2011 duly filled in ( for the detailed instructions refer the JAIIB Examination Application Form ) along with requisite JAIIB MBA examination fee should be submitted to the respective Zonal Office at Mumbai, Chennai, New Delhi & Kolkata.
The IIBF Institute accepts no responsibility for delay or inconvenience arising from the candidate’s failure to reach the IIBF JAIIB Exam Application Form in time or if the form is incomplete or failure to furnish all the essential information about himself / herself and the details of his / her examination.
IIBF JAIIB Application form once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fees will not be refunded / adjusted.
IIBF Exam 2011 Application form should reach the Institute’s Zonal office on or before the last date of receipt of MBA Exam Form mentioned in the front side of the IIBF Entrance Examination Application Form.
IIBF JAIIB 2011 Application form received after this date will be treated for next JAIIB Examination. IIBF JAIIB 2011 Application forms found defective / incomplete will be rejected.

Candidates should appear for the JAIIB examination only at the centre where they are working provided there is an examination centre at such place and if there is no examination centre they should appear at the nearest examination centre.
Candidates will have to appear at the centre which they choose while applying for the JAIIB examination first time and for the subsequent examinations also. The venue for the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance JAIIB MBA examination will be advised while issuing the JAIIB exam admit card.
Request for change in JAIIB centre due to transfer or any other valid reason should reach the Institute 45 days before the commencement of the JAIIB Entrance examination. Any request received thereafter will not be entertained.
No change of centre request will be accepted for personal reasons. All the requests in case of change of centre due to transfer, training and deputation etc. should be accompanied by employer’s authentication.
The Indian Institute of Banking and Finance reserves a right to close any of the existing centres on account of less number of candidates appearing from that centre or any other reason which it may think fit. In such case, candidates will be advised to appear at the JAIIB examination from the nearest available centre.
Mode of IIBF JAIIB Examination 2011 :
IIBF Institute conducts IIBF JAIIB MBA Examination under offline mode and in online mode at selected centres.
Facility for Verification of JAIIB Marks
If any candidate requires their marks to be verified, they may request the respective Zonal Office. Such verification will cover whether all answers have been valued. The request for verification of marks must be received in the IIBF Institute’s respective zonal office within one month from the date of the declaration of the JAIIB examination results.
The Candidate will have to pay sum of Rupee 150/- per subject for verification of marks. The payment should be made by means of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “INDIAN INSTITUTE OF BANKING & FINANCE” and made payable at the place of the IIBF Institute’s Zonal Office.
The candidates should write their membership number, name and subject names on the reverse of the draft.
IIBF JAIIB 2011 Admit Card
The IIBF Institute’s zonal office will issue JAIIB Examination Admit Letter containing details of venue and time of the examination.
Permanent Membership Identity Card is issued by the respective Zonal Office at the time of IIBF admission as a member or renewal of membership.
The IIBF JAIIB Examination Admit Letter along with the Permanent Membership Identity Card should be produced to the Examination Authority in the JAIIB examination venue for identification.
In absence of the JAIIB Examination Admit Letter / Permanent Membership Identity Card, the candidate is liable to be denied permission in the examination venue.
IIBF JAIIB MBA Admit card will be available on the website : http://www.iibf.org.in one week before the date of examination. Candidates who do not receive the admit card by post may download it from the website.
IIBF JAIIB 2011 Declaration of Results :
The final result of the JAIIB examination along with the marks secured will be normally communicated to candidates appeared within two months after conclusion of the IIBF JAIIB examination.
