The candidate has to choose the correct one from the given options. One mark will be awarded for each correct response and one fourth marks will be deducted for the wrong ones. Those scoring above the cut off mark will be selected for the final interview after which ones admission is decided.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates to be eligible for the post graduate program in applied geology should have completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Geology / Applied Geology / Physics /  Chemistry / Environmental Science / Applied Science from a recognized University.

How to Apply?

The application form along with the information brochure can be obtained directly from the Anna University exam centre by payment of cash of Rs. 600/- (Rs. 300/- for backward community candidates). The same can also be downloaded from the official website for which the filled application form along with the required enclosures and demand draft drawn in favour of The Director (Admissions), Anna University Chennai has to be send to the concerned address. The candidate should also make sure that the application form reaches the concerned address before the due date.

How to fill the Form?

All the necessary information required for filling the application form are included in the information brochure. The applicants are advised to go through the brochure before filling the form. One has to give utmost care while filling the form. Each and every column has to be filled without any errors.
