ccb.nic.in - AIEEE 2012 Counselling and  Online Registration

Step 1. AIEEE Online registration, candidates eligible for central counseling should register themselves for online counseling in the CCB website from June 16 to 25, 2012 from places convenient to them. Spot Round registrations can be done during August 3 - 6, 2012.

Step 2. AIEEE Online choice filling and locking of choices, After AIEEE Online registration, candidates will be able to exercise their choices on the CCB website using Internet during June 16 - 25, 2012.

Step 3. Online AIEEE Seat Allotment and personally reporting to a Reporting Center, Candidates will be offered seats based on their choices in the order of merit in AIEEE All India Rank over multiple rounds of allotment. Candidates who are allotted a seat will report to any one of the ‘Reporting Centers' during the time frames specified, get the documents verified and pay the initial fee to mark their acceptance of the offer of seat.

Step 4. Getting Admitted to Allotted Institute, Candidates are required to be physically present at the Institute where the candidate is getting admitted after verification of all original documents as per the procedure of the allotted institute.

AIEEE 2012 Spot Admission, For the seats left vacant after the four rounds of counseling process, there shall be spot admission, when intending candidates are required to be physically present at a Reporting Center, register, fill up fresh choices, pay fees and if offered a seat, be admitted.

All eligible candidates will register and fill their choices online during June 16 - 25, 2012 on the CCB website www.ccb.nic.in. Candidate can use internet facility from any place, Candidates should lock the choices during June 22 – 25, 2012. Locking facility will be enabled only after June 22, 2012.

AIEEE Indicative seat availability will be displayed at frequent intervals on the CCB website during June 16 - 25, 2012 as per their All India Rank. All the candidates must lock their final choices before 5.00 PM of June 25, 2012. If candidates fail to explicitly lock their choices by 5.00 PM of June 25, 2012, their last saved choices will be automatically locked after this deadline.

Eligible candidates who did not register during June 16 - 25, 2012 are permitted to do fresh registration and choice filling for fourth round.
