candidate must have Intermediate with at least 60% as aggregate. Along with this, he/she should have studied Hindi subject in 10th Class followed by English Language in both Matriculation and in Intermediate. There was a fee exception for reservation candidates and have to pay Rs.50 against Application fee. Candidates who belongs to General and OBC Categories have to pay both Examination and Application fee of Rs.250. There are two modes to get the application forms. Offline forms can be grabbed from all head post offices and online application forms will be available from September 11, 2012 to September 25, 2012.
