Candidates should have Diploma in GNM or Pre Hospital Trauma Technician (PPT) course approved by GOI for Ambulance Paramedic Post and matriculation with valid driving license for LMV for Ambulance driver post.
1. General and OBC Candidates need to pay Rs. 200/-.
2. SC/St candidates need to pay Rs. 50/-. in form of Demand Draft.
