» Apply Online AP Model Schools Admissions Application Reservation 2013-14

The total 355 Model Schools will start from next Academic Year that is 2013-14, the process of issuing Applications and other required necessary steps will start from 3rd or 4th week of April 2013. The Model Schools teaching in the Medium of English and Co-Education system, Boys&Girls are eligible for taking Admissions in these MS. The Admissions for local Mandal Students are only eligible for Apply to that Model School and Admission. If Seats are leftover /not available of Eligible Students from the own/Local Mandal the remaining seats will fill with other Mandal Students.

Selection process: Class 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th through Lottery System from the Applying Students. 9th Class from 2014 and 10th Class from 2015 only.

Intermediate Admissions: Only for 1st Year Intermediate through 10th Class Grade/Marks. The 2nd Year Inter will start from 2014 only.

Reservations: SC-15% seats,  ST- 6% seats, BC- 29% seats, (7%-BC-A, 10%- BC-B, 1%- BC-C, 7%-BC-D, 4%-BC-E),  PH- 3% seats, Girls-33% seats. If eligible Students are not available in any category the seats will allot to the other Category Students only. 

Parents Income: No Income Limit for Parents for the Admissions, but prefer for lower Income Students. 

Reservation for Regular  Staff: 5% (20) seats are Reserve per Class.
1st Year/Junior Inter Groups: M.P.C., Bi.P.C., M.E.C. and C.E.C. Groups only English Medium teaching.  

Admission &Selection System: 

APMS will issue Admission Notification and invites Applications from the Eligible. The Applications are available at Officials websites of APMS and RMSA, Download Applications or get Applications from MEO Office at Free of cost. The filled in Applications submit at Model Schools Principals Office. Additional Joint Collector headed the Committee which monitor at District level.

Number of Seats: Each Model School have 320 Seats. Each Class will be 2 Sections(A&B), each Section 40 seats only. At State level 320x355=1,13,600 total seats.
