Selection of eligible candidates is done on the basis of written test. Only those candidates who got short listed on the basis of diploma level marks will be considered for written test. Written test will be of objective model covering questions from the concerned subject of specialization. Those who qualified in the written test will have to undergo physical fitness test, interview and medical examination. Physical Fitness Test consists of the following
1.6 Km runs (to be completed in 7minutes)
20 squat ups
10 Pushups
Those who qualify all the stages of selection process will be displayed in the website of Indian Coast Guard.
How To Apply:Applications can be submitted online through the website of Indian Coast Guard. Candidates should choose their preferred exam venue at the time of submitting applications. Upon submitting the filled up applications, a registration number will be generated, which must be kept safe for future reference. Hard copy of the submitted online applications must be sent to the address of the concerned recruitment centre.
