at first you should keep minimum 60 % in B.Tech degree
then appear for GATE exam for this you have to study properly,
to take admission in IITs or NITs you have to score more than 95% in GATE then this will be easy to take admission.

do not be confused. If you score well in GATE exam,then certainly you will get
admission in IIT for M.Tech .There is no any such type of criteria that you have to
secure certain percentage of marks in B.Tech. If you want to get admission in IIT ,the
only criteria is that you have to secure percentile greater than 95. So labour hard.
