1. Selection Process for Postgraduate Diploma in Management, 2012 – 2014 ( MBA equivalent PGDM )
The Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar will decide the section – wise as well as total cut – off marks which will be used for short – listing the candidates to be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
XIM Bhubaneswar PG Diploma Management GD & PI will be held in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai. Candidates will have to meet their own travel expenses for appearing in the XIMB PGDM Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
The final selection will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the XAT as well as in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview ( which factors in the past academic record and relevant work experience ).
The selected candidates will be informed by mail by the first week of April 2012.

The XIMB PGDM Program will begin by the middle of June 2012 for the first year students. At this time the students will be given a Manual of Policies and Regulations which will be binding on them.

The eligible candidates will be called for a Group Discussion and Personal Interview session in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata or Mumbai. XIMB Screening for Interview will be based on the candidate’s past academic performance and relevant work experience. Candidates will have to meet their own travel expenses. Selected candidates will be informed by mail before 3rd week of April, 2012.
XIMB PGDM Part Time Program Design
This Xavier Institute Management PG Diploma Management three – year part – time program is designed for executives, working anywhere in the country. The curriculum is as rigorous as our two – year full – time PGDM RM Program. The participants will reside in the campus for about 15 days at a time, thrice a year ( 45 days in a year ). In the intervening period, they are expected to complete the assigned readings and projects.
